Many customers choose to deploy WebEvent on a public website to publicize events or handle reservations for public spaces, for example. Browse this list of customer sites to see WebEvent in action. University of Connecticut created a series of event calendars for each of the ten University locations featuring calendars for academic schedules, recreational services, lectures, meetings, conferences and many more.

Arizona State University created several event calendars for students, alumni, faculty and staff. From academic calendars, athletic schedules and alumni events to regional event listings and event calendars for all of the colleges within the university, ASU has created a way to keep everyone informed of what's happening.

DeKalb County School System generated multiple event calendars for school administrators as well as each individual school in the district to maintain their own event calendars and distribute their event information to the community.

Hood College created several event calendars that would enable students, parents, faculty, staff and alumni to view the various events taking place at the college. The events are broken into categories, such as Career Center Events, Hood Campus Activities and NCAA Athletics, to simplify the event viewing process.
